As you have no doubt heard, Golding Replication runs the only CD & DVD Replication plant in the UK. But we don't just manufacture CD and DVD! So, read on for a virtual tour of our UK plant and find out more about the services on offer.

First stop - the offices!
Since our establishment in 1985, we have maintained a close-knit family feel within the company. So of course, our offices are directly attached to the factory!
This means your account manager can pop through to check on your production and all staff can communicate quickly and efficiently for those short-turn around jobs!
The offices houses our sales, marketing, accounts, despatch and reprographic teams.
Now onto.... Optical Media Replication
Having just undergone a renovation, our replication room includes a fully kitted out glass mastering suite, CD lines and DVD lines, capable of producing 21'000 discs per day. Check out the video below for more info. on CD and DVD manufacture:
As well as manufacturing CD's and DVD's, we are one of the biggest producers of Audio Cassette in Europe, operating a range of industrial cassette production machines.
Having almost died out in 2009, Cassette's are officially back with our production total having increased by over 70% in the past 3 years - we are now manufacturing releases again for international stars including Robbie Williams!
Stop four - printing & machine packing
Split over three large production rooms, well in excess of 50 machines enable us to produce, print and pack all of our own media and packaging in house.
Not only does this shorten turn around, but it allows us improved quality control, greater flexibility and a greater understanding of our product! Watch the blog as we spot-light some of our equipment more specifically in the coming months!
And the final stop on todays tour - Warehouse
Whilst you may think this is the least exciting area of the factory, our warehousing facilities and team enable us to offer a complete stock management and fulfilment service, including options for automated ordering systems!
This additional service can reduce your turn arounds, over heads and work load!
